  • International Orders: 10-21 business days
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at cocoandbones@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
